♡ ORDERS｜ 下单须知
Please ensure all order details (name, address, phone number, colour, size, and quantity) are correct before completing payment.
No changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once payment has been made.
请于付款前确认所有订单资料（姓名、地址、电话号码、颜色、尺码及数量）正确无误。
付款后恕不接受任何更改、取消、退款或换货。
♡ DELIVERY｜ 发货说明
Ready stock itmes will be shipped within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.
现货商品将在付款确认后 1–2 个工作日内发货
Please note that during Thailand & China pre-order periods, ready stock orders may require additional processing time. Shipping arrangements will resume after the pre-order period ends.
若遇上泰国／中国代购期间，现货订单发货时间可能会有所延迟，并将于代购结单后依序安排寄出。
Delivery time is an estimate only and may be affected by logistics or customs clearance.
泰国代购商品预计 1–3周到货
广州代购商品预计 4–6 周到货
以上时间仅供参考，实际到货时间可能受物流或清关影响。

♡ SELF PICK-UP ｜自取说明
Self pick-up is available at Taman Eng Ann, Klang by appointment only.
自取地点为巴生 Taman Eng Ann，仅限预约取货。
Customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection.
订单准备完成后将通知取货。
♡ PREORDER ITEMS ｜代购商品
Arrival dates may be delayed due to shipping delays, production schedules, material shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
到货时间可能因运输延误、生产排期、面料短缺或其他不可控因素而有所延迟。
Delayed preorder items cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is confirmed to be out of stock.
除非商品确认缺货，否则恕不接受因到货延迟而提出的取消或退款申请。
♡ COMBINE ORDERS ｜拼单须知
Orders may be combined only if placed under the same account and shipping to the same address.
拼单仅限同一账号及同一收货地址。
For the second order, please select 【Combine Order / Self Pick Up】 at checkout to avoid double shipping fees.
第二笔订单请结账时选择【Pick Up /Combine Order】避免重复计算运费
Please write your first order number and IG username in the remarks section.
请于备注栏填写第一笔订单编号和 IG 名字
♡ OUT OF STOCK ｜缺货说明
lPlacing an order does not guarantee stock availability.
下单并不代表商品一定有货。
If an item is out of stock, customers may choose to receive a full refund.
如商品缺货，顾客可选择全额退款。
Customers will be notified as soon as stock unavailability is confirmed.
确认缺货后，我们将尽快通知顾客。
Please place your order early to avoid stock unavailability.
请尽早下单，以免商品缺货。
♡ PRODUCT INFORMATION ｜商品说明 “
The following are not considered defects:
以下情况不属于商品瑕疵：
• Size differences of 1–3cm
尺寸误差 1–3cm
• Minor loose threads or washable stains
轻微线头或可清洗污渍
• Color variation due to lighting or screen differences
因拍摄光线或屏幕显示造成的色差
• Slight differences between production batches
不同批次可能存在细微差异
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for the above reasons.
以上情况恕不接受退货、退款或换货。
♡ RETURNED PARCELS ｜退回包裹
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing an order.
请于下单前确认收件资料正确无误。
Parcels returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempts will require additional shipping fees for redelivery.
因地址填写错误、无人签收或未领取包裹而被退回，重新寄出需补付运费。
• Parcels not claimed within 30 days will be considered forfeited.
退回包裹若逾期 30 天未认领，将视为弃单处理
