As all items are specially ordered based on customers’ orders, all sales are final. No cancellation, changes, or refunds are allowed once payment has been made.

No refund will be provided for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, shipping delays, or if the item does not meet personal expectations.

因个人原因、尺寸选择错误、不喜欢颜色、物流延误或商品不符合个人预期，恕不接受退款。

There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Exchanges or Refund due to this reason will not be entertain.

由于每一件服饰都经人手测量 1-3cm 误差属常见情况 因此无法以此情况提供任何更换/退款。

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, unsuitable fit, colour differences, washable stains, or personal expectations.

因个人原因、不喜欢商品、尺寸或版型不适合、色差、可清洗污渍，或不符合个人预期等原因，恕不接受退换或退款。

Due to the nature of factory-produced garments, minor variations in measurements, fabric texture, colour tone, loose threads, washable marks, and production batches may occur. These are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

由于工厂生产商品特性，尺寸、布料纹理、颜色深浅、轻微脱线、可清洗痕迹及不同批次间可能存在细微差异，均属正常情况，并不视为商品瑕疵

If you receive an incorrect item or a major defective item, please contact us via Instagram @jmei.studio within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

若收到发错商品或严重影响穿着的瑕疵商品，请于收货后三天内通过 Instagram @jmei.studio 联系我们。

Please provide your order number and clear photos for verification.

请提供订单编号及清晰照片以供核实。

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached.

商品必须保持原有状态、未穿着、未清洗、未修改，并保留吊牌。

Items that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted for exchange.

不符合以上条件的商品，恕不接受换货申请

For approved exchange requests, return shipping costs will be covered by JMEI Studio.

经审核通过的换货申请，相关退回邮费将由 JMEI Studio 承担。

Exchange services are only available within Malaysia. Overseas orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

退换服务仅限马来西亚订单，海外订单恕不受理。

JMEI Studio reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
